Our staff is always available to offer prayer and encouragement through life’s journey; however, in many situations professional counseling is greatly beneficial. Below we have listed local Christian counselors with whom we have worked with and highly recommend.
Don Burzynski – Crosslife Counseling
Crosslife offers personal discipleship counseling, which is set apart from other approaches in that our emphasis is on the finished work of Christ. We do not teach the individual how to try harder (with God’s help), how to change himself, or how to improve their self-image. Rather, we help individuals discover “Christ as their life,” which is: “Christ in you, the hope of glory”! God never intended for His children to try to figure life out or “do the best they can”. Paul said, “For me, to live is Christ.” (For me, to live, is for Christ to live out His life through me!) That’s life as God intended!

Jade Mazarin is a Christian Counselor, speaker and author. She combines her psychological training and understanding of human behavior with a passion and spiritual insight that comes from her own journey with God. Her work includes helping others find their healing and uncover their potential through practical tools and Christian practices. She leans on God’s Spirit to guide her and relies on prayer to unlock His special power to transform.
Jade holds a BA in Religion and an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. In 2006 she began working for Cornerstone Psychotherapy in Atlanta, GA. She was on the counselor referral list for North Point Community Church, one of the largest churches in the nation with nationally recognized pastor, Andy Stanley. In 2008 She was interviewed by the largest Christian television network, TBN, on the topic of women’s self esteem and unhealthy relational attachment. Jade was also very involved with churches in the city, leading small groups for four years at Mount Paran Church and teaching classes at Church of the Redeemer, where she also served as liturgist, writing prayers and confessions for the congregation. Her speaking engagements include church seminars along with talks at high schools and youth groups. Upon moving to Vero Beach in the Spring of 2009, Jade has been interviewed on local television and radio stations, and has written two articles for Florida Parenting Magazine. In 2010 she released her book, The Heart’s Journey to Freedom, for women letting go of emotional attachment and discovering their true identity in God; a best-seller soon after its release at the Vero Beach Book Center.
